1 Gold Medal Day Project (17th October 2008)
Project in brief: Celebrating the 1st year Anniversary of receiving Congressional Gold Medal by HH the Dalai Lama.
Mr.Tenzin Norbu will be the administrator of the project. He has to get ready of 20 A4 frame and Mr Kunsang Tenzin have to prepare a note of thank you to the people or NGOs listed below:

The deadline for both Mr. Tenzin Norbu and Mr. Kunsang Tenzing is till the 16/10/08 7pm.


2 Mass Clean Up
Project in brief: To make Dharamshala greener and clean because this is the exile capital for Tibetans and also place of HH.
Since Tibetan Welfare Office is doing a mass clean up on the 17/10/08; we postpone our mass clean up till 15/11/08


3 Groovy Grannies 25/10/08
Project in brief: To build more close relationship between elder and younger generation.
Mr. Wangdue will be the administrator of the project. This time, Tibet's Hope Education Center is giving tea party to both elder and students at the same time. Mr. Wangdue will come up with a report of expenses (assumption) to Mr. Kunsang Tenzin by the 17/10/08. Then there will be further meeting on the programme of the day on the same day.



4 Make a wish project 25/12/08
Project in brief: To visit kids who are left behind during the winter holiday at TCV School. Another meeting will be held especially this project on 25/11/08



5 Café Hope Project
Project in brief: Under this project, we are planning to build a café near Tibet's Hope Center which will also act as library, computer class, conversation class and a meeting place here in the town. All the money will go to Tibet's Hope Center.


From October to end of December, we are going to focus on the fund rising.


The administrators are Mr. Kunsang Tenzing, Mr. Phillip and all the other board members.



6 We love you Dalai Lama Project is postponed till 1/1/09.



7 SOS Project
Project in brief: Collecting stories of our own student's story of how they have travelled from Tibet to India and later on, It will be published in a book. The entire fund will go to Tibet's Hope Education Center.


Miss. Tenzin Choedon is administrator of the project. She has to finish doing the interview by the end of October 2008 and report to Mr. Kunsang Tenzing.
Mean while, Mr.Sonam is the administrator of the school admission.
Mr.Kunsang Tenzing will be working on the registration.
